The CBSCSN program under the Department of Family and Community Services (FCS) offers services to families who are unable to provide all the care and support required to meet the special development needs of their severly disabled child. CBSCSN is a voluntary program, so families must demonstrate that in addition to other community services they are accessing, their child still has some unmet needs. This program is not insured, so families must be prepared to contribute financially, where possible, to the additional services offered. For more information contact FCS at (506) 453-3953.www.gnc.ca
